Bear Suit Bib pants are an excellent government-issue layering set to add to your winter wardrobe.  Great for all outdoor activities.  Designed for the 1st generation of ECWCS (Extreme Cold Weather Clothing System) 2nd layer. They are made to be worn under Gore-Tex® gear and over standard long underwear, but great alone as well.
